Getting the message 'No Pass Available for this Code'
This happens because the Wallet app doesn't have network connectivity. Make sure your device has data connection and also make sure the 'Wallet' app has access to "Use Cellular Data For" (Settings -> Cellular)
Make sure you are tapping on the + for Passes not the one for Apple Pay
